Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I'm Heather Augustine, founder of The Optimized Human™. For more than two decades, I've worked as an educator, helping people navigate complex topics with confidence and clarity. Today, as a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I combine my passion for science, education, and whole-person wellness to help others make informed decisions about their health. Like many people, I became fascinated by peptides after encountering a growing wave of information online. What I quickly discovered was that separating evidence-based education from hype, misinformation, and marketing claims can be challenging—even for highly motivated learners. That's why I created The Peptide Gateway Course. My goal is not to tell you what choices to make, but to provide the foundational knowledge, critical thinking skills, and practical tools needed to navigate peptide conversations with greater confidence.
